Safe Offshore Casinos is an independent publisher. We research, compare and write about offshore online casinos — sites licensed outside the United States that accept American players. Legal status and your own responsibility

Raging Bull
Top of our list because it is one of the longest-established US-facing offshore brands with a consistently documented slots and table-game catalog and published banking terms. The advertised 410% match up to $10,000 with 50 free spins is a percentage match on your own deposit, not a standalone gift: it requires a qualifying deposit, carries rollover before any withdrawal, and match bonuses of this size normally come with a maximum cashout multiple and a low maximum bet while the bonus is live. Limitation: the higher the headline percentage, the heavier the playthrough tends to be, and a 410% match is realistically among the hardest offers on this page to clear. Money: what it costs you and how you get paid
